Bob Lynch

Bob Lynch collaborates with his clients by using 25 years of extensive experience in accounting, insolvency and restructuring, tax planning, forensic accounting and data analysis to help his clients build value in their company. 

Prior to his current company, Bob spent the prior 14 years as an analyst for the U.S. Trustee Program monitoring hundreds of Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the Middle and Northern District of Florida. He interacted with Chapter 11 Debtors and their counsel to learn intimately about the debtor's business  and understand their prepetition financial performance. During the pendency of the case, he would work intimately with debtor's counsel monitoring their financial reporting and financial condition. Bob would perform a detail financial analysis of the debtors plan and disclosure statement for feasibility for exiting Chapter 11. Chapter 11 debtors ranged from Sole Proprietors, S & C Corporations to large complex cases such as Red Lobster, Inc. 

Bob has served as Chapter 11 Trustee, Examiner, Liquidating Trustee and Forensic Accountant.  Bob also provided forensic accounting, financial analysis and expert testimony in numerous marital and shareholder disputes.
